Marc Speichert has been named CMO leader for the L’Oréal Group. He joined L’Oréal USA in 2010 in the newly created role of chief marketing officer, and has been successful in leading the way in capturing consumer intelligence and new business opportunities, taking advantage of new digital technologies. Speichert will now accelerate the U.S. success model globally. He will also work closely with L’Oréal’s digital acceleration teams. He will continue to report to Frédéric Rozé, president & CEO, L’Oréal Americas, and will directly manage the CMO’s Americas organization based in New York.
